The samwin Mobile Agent allows agent users to connect to samwin using their iPhone or iPad.
This app offers all the key features known from Desktop-class samwin Agents:
* Skill Management - log on to and off from Skills
* Call Handling - place a call on hold, park or re-queue a call
* Softphone Support - place and receive calls through WiFi or mobile data
* Full Directory Access - including presence and appointments
* Call Wait List & Call History - shows waiting and past calls
In areas with poor internet connection an ACD Extension, set up as non-controlled physical phone using the mobile devices phone number, can be used instead of a Softphone ACD Extension. This allows the user to handle samwin calls as regular phone calls even with minimal cell coverage.
