samwin Mobile Agent app for iPhone and iPad
The samwin Mobile Agent allows agent users to connect to samwin using their iPhone.
Agents can then participate in the call distribution by receiving calls directly on their iPhone as regular phone calls. They can further see and change their own status and also look up the status of other agents.
